A standard Desk Based Assessment will usually take three weeks to complete at a cost of
£1500
However, we also offer a fast track service to complete a Desk Based assessment in two weeks* at a cost of £2000
Heritage statement
£800-£1000
A standard Heritage Statement will usually take two weeks to complete at a cost of
£800
However, we also offer a fast track service to complete a Heritage Statement in one week* at a cost of £1000
Heritage Promotion
This is a bespoke service
Whether you require a simple leaflet to distribute in the local community, a presentation to key stakeholders, a talk to local school children or promotional material to utilise in your marketing strategy, drp can provide a full suite of heritage promotion.**
all projects include a free initial telephone consultation.
any further consultation requested by the client will be charged at a fee of £50 per consultation.
all consultations with the fast track service are included within the price.
*please note that the fast track service is subject to availability and scheduling.
the desk based assessment fee does not include a site visit/site walkover.
site visits we be charged at a fee of £100 per visit.
a standard desk based assessment is costed up to 10,000m2.
sites above 10,000m2 are costed at £250 & 1 extra day per 10,000m.
